One way to think about "What in the world is going on?" is by thinking about the various ways in which things work, the different approaches to doing and understanding.
That's great, but how does it relate to the common human experience?
Try to keep moving from state to state.
"Walk Your Talk," have a meaningful conversation with yourself or someone else.
Slow down the behaviour and mental processing so there is less "banging" ...
Process to "get to a non-dual awareness state": focus on the space between the in-breath and out-breath; then, focus on the space between the out-breath and the in-breath; repeat. This is non-duality in time, the stillness between processes.
Another way to "get to a non-dual awareness": Think of one thing, such as "God in Heaven." Then, think of the opposite, such as "The Devil in Hell." Then, take 1/2 step, resting in the space between the two, which holds them both in one world. This is non-duality in space, the center between a revolving process.
Try to "Reason with the Oneness." think things like, "let's see, if this is what you think I should do... what does my experience say about this? ...."
